Land Rover Guiseley & Bradford
How we helped
Land Rover contacted us a couple of weeks before their event asking us to look after the drinks service for the vehicle launch. They specified certain drinks they wanted with a strong focus on premium brand products and sophisticated drinks including cocktails and mocktails.
We supplied a custom branded bar with their logo on, 2 members of our bar team and ran a free drinks service for all their clients. We did this for two of their sites over a weekend.

How we helped
We are approached annually by a local events planning and production company, Well Pleased Events, to help look after and mange the bars for the Sky Bet staff event. For a few years now we have installed several bars on each event to service around 1000 people. In the past we have installed and run rustic wooden bars, a double decker bus bar, VW campervan bars, full circle bars, teepee bars and more. We stock and staff all the bars so Well Pleased doesn’t have to worry about anything to do with drinks service.
We also give them all they’ll need to know in advance, like power and space requirements, risk assessments, method statements, insurances, etc. We’re also flexible with setup days and times so when they tell us vehicles need to be on or off site and when teepee structures need to be erected by or bars need to be set up for then we make sure it happens according to their schedule.

Don't worry about health & safety, risk assessments, licences, or insurance. We work with businesses all the time and know the paperwork that needs doing, we have it prepped and ready! Not only that but our teams are well trained in health & safety, manual handling, working at height and all our managers are first aiders.
