"We have been in the events and hospitality industry for over 30 years between us. The BAR Events journey all started with a small events staffing company in 2008 and has grown into the company it is today supplying giant teepees, mobile bars and events staff.
We don’t just hire out our equipment and services, we really do care about making each event extra special from start to finish.
We offer our passion and expertise to help create something truly special.
Our enthusiasm shines through in everything we do and our small team allows us to offer unlimited support and inspiration throughout the planning process.

OUR Tipis
Giant
Our giant tipis stretch up to the sky and are 10.3m in diameter. They can connect together creating a space as vast or intimate as you like. Their atmosphere is unrivalled by any other tent structure and will be sure to wow your guests. They provide a perfect blank canvas on which to place your own special stamp and create a dream venue whatever your event.
Snug
Our snug can link to any giant tipi set up adding space for a chill out area or bar. 8.3m in diameter, it can also stand alone to create a cosy hideaway or dance floor area in your outdoor space.
MINI
Our latest addition to the tipi clan is our 6.5m Mini Tipi. Dinky enough to fit in most gardens but spacious enough to hold up to 20 guests as a chill out space. This cosy teepee is perfect for smaller gatherings, dinner parties or a night glamping out under the stars.

We offer a free site visit to all our customers, not only to ensure that your venue can accommodate the tipis, but allowing us to discuss your day in detail.
Our Bars and Staff
Whether you need waiting staff or bartenders to work your event we offer a bespoke solutions to suit your needs.
We offer bar equipment on a dry hire basis or fully stocked and staffed bar options for your event. All our staff have years of experience in the industry and a real passion for delivering great service.
