This December was crazy for us! We hosted a two week long public event in Ilkley, West Yorkshire. We had a festive bar menu courtesy of our great catering contacts Ribble Valley Catering. Teepee Burgers, Roast Turkey, Sausage & Mash, Breaded Brie and a whole selection of festive sandwiches were just a few of the options! Our Christmas Sharing Platter was the biggest hit of all!
We had four teepees up in total. One served as Santa's Grotto, another was fill with dozens of Christmas trees, forming a Narnia style walk through to the last two teepees that created a cosy bar and dining area. The open fire in the bar area was a huge hit with everyone - it was perfect for toasting marshmallows or keeping a glass of mulled wine at that optimum drinking temperature :). The bar was popular, serving draught ale and lager, gallons of mulled wine and a Christmas cocktail menu to boot.
We had hundreds of lovely visitors and received such wonderful feedback about how stunning the teepees looked and what a great festive addition this was to the beautiful town of Ilkley. The general consensus that we should have stayed longer and that we should definitely return next year! Luckily we closed on the 20th December as the following week the area in which we were pitched was effected by the floods. Our thoughts were with all the people with property and businesses down by the River Wharfe.

NEW YEARS EVE
On Thursday 31st December we had a few of our specialist cocktail bartenders out. We had a couple out at a private party in Hampshire and staff hosting a cocktail bar in a night club in Sheffield. Check out the photos and review:
