So we're struggling to keep up with days of the week, let alone what week of Lockdown we've now reached.
All we know is we've had some amazing cocktails and chatted to some fabulous guests from all over the world. This week is no exception as we bring you a touch of the east via a glorious Singapore Sling plus a chin wag and cocktail demo from Keith Motsi over in South Korea.

Singapore Sling Recipe
If you'd like to make along with us this week here's what you'll need:
Ingredients
25ml Gin
12.5ml Cherry brandy
12.5ml Triple Sec / Cointreau
dash Benedictine (if poss)
25ml Lime
25ml Pineapple Juice
12.5ml Grenadine
dash Angostura Bitters
Equipment
Cocktail shaker
Measuring jigger/ thimble
Knife & chopping board
Glassware - highball or hurricane ideally
Method
1. Add the ingredients above to your cocktail shaker
2. Top shaker with ice
3. Shake hard
4. Pour straight in to glass or strain over fresh ice
5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge or leaf
