If in Doubt, Stick with Rum

This Saturday sees us recreate a tropical rum classic - a Pina Colada. With most of us missing out on holiday plans this summer we thought we better bring the taste of the tropics home!


Join us as Dan demonstrates how to make an awesome Pina Colada and we chat to the Queen of homemade cocktails, Lora Lee, live from Oregon USA!


If you'd like to make along with us here are the ingredients you'll need:


Pina Colada Recipe

37.5ml Rum
12.5ml Malibu / Coconut Liqueur or Coconut Rum
25ml Cream and/or full fat milk
25ml Coconut milk or syrup
75ml Pineapple juice 


Method

1. Add all ingredients above to your cocktail shaker

2. Top shaker with ice

3. Shake hard

4. Pour straight in to your glass or strain over fresh ice

5. Garnish with pineapple wedge or leaf
