December saw Ilkley Christmas Teepees in Ilkley Park again and what a success it was! It's our biggest public event of the year and involves us coordinating a few suppliers, e.g. toilets, fencing, generator, fuel, liquor, food, waste removal, specialist lighting along side applying for council permissions and licences. It's well worth the effort though as we had around 8,000 guest through the doors over the 3 weeks!
We had massive community support with great local sponsors, suppliers and the deputy Lord Mayor opening the event. Hopefully if the council allow us back in 2017 we'll be there with bells on!
