Small Events
If it’s just a member of staff or a fully stocked mobile bar you want, we can help. We’ve pitched up in many offices in that past to serve drinks to clients and teams alike. We can just send a cocktail bartender to mix up the wow factor or send a team of bartenders to install a fully stocked bar with draught beers, fine wines & premium spirits. A few of the jobs in the last few months include a full bar on the terrace of a finance company in Leeds so they can host their VIP customers. A small, branded bar for Land Rover as part of the new Range Rover launch and a bar for the team of an engineering firm in Bradford.
All these events are quite small and intimate, the service we provide fits the clients brief and is executed smoothly, professionally and efficiently. The service we provide means the client doesn’t have to worry about anything drinks related, we’ll take care of it all, making sure everything is taken away at the end of the event leaving the offices ready for work again the next day.

Large Events
We can advise on all aspects of large scale events and then refer you to the best suppliers locally to help fulfil your needs. We specialise in giant teepees, mobile bars and event staff and as we put on many large scale events of our own we know about the back of house logistics like power distribution, toilets, and all the other very un-fancy but vital bits.
The largest corporate event we do annually is for a Leeds based company, it’s a huge training day and party for 1000 team members usually based outdoors with teepees, marquees and circus tents. In the past we’ve installed giant teepees, mobile bars & vehicle bars. From a small teepee gin bar to a huge double decker bus bar, they’ve had it all! All 1000 guests have tickets for free drinks so the bars get pretty busy, our teams are well prepared so we avoid long waits for drinks.
We know the standard procedures companies need to check off all the due diligence so we can get all our paperwork over in advance that means there’s no last minute panics to get paperwork in order.
